- Guy de Forez Brut tradition 75cl
Guy de Forez Brut tradition is an excellent, full bodied, rich, 100% pinot noir champagne. This comes from a small grower based in the village of Les Riceys in the Aube, and the feature of this champagne is that it is entirely natural. The colour is quite deep, because the champagne is made from 100% black grapes and then the champagne is not treated to take the colour out. Chalk is normally added to deacidify wines and champagnes, however this will also take the colour out, which is why this champagne does not have chalk added to do this. Not only is the colour appealing, the taste is exquisite.
