Hamper Description

This Chilean Wine Duo has been specially chosen by our local wine merchants, Fingal Rock, in Monmouth and that means there are two great tasting wines here, that you won't necessarily find on the supermarket shelves!

Firstly the Chardonnay has a green colour with yellow tint dominated by fruity aromas of pineapple and peach. The taste is delicious, complex, fruity and rounded, with a lingering aftertaste of citrus fruit and a good, clean finish.

Then the Merlot has a rich and intense violet colour dominated by floral and berry fruit aromas. The taste of this has concentrated red fruit notes with soft tannins on the palate.
