Weston's cider has been estabished since 1880 and has been produced lovingly and locally in the Herefordshire village of Much Marcle. There are two bottles of the very best quality and traditional ciders, with a characteristic rich style and a flavour simply bursting with fruit. There are then a further two bottles of cider from Ty Gwyn, based in the Monnow Valley in Monmouthshire, which produces award winning farmhouse cider, made from 100% juice. There are two delicious handmade Welsh cheeses, one of which is a little more daring called "Dragons Breath" and made with chilli. A delight then is the wonderful, welsh Pear-Lilli, a twist on traditional piccalilli, with local pears, chunky crisp cauliflower, and a mellow, honey-mustard sauce made with local honey. None of this would be perfect without the award winning savoury biscuits and the traditional pickles.
