Jo Hilditch's family has been carefully growing blackcurrants on the south facing slopes of their Herefordshire farm for three generations. Her British cassis is made to a traditional recipe and has won the Great Taste Gold award 2008. As well as this Jo has recently been recommended by the Hairy Bikers, as a local food hero, when filming for one of their recent TV shows.

Jo has also expanded her range to include this delicious rich raspberry drink (Framboise), made from British raspberries produced in Ledbury, Herefordshire. Her British Framboise is made to Jo's own recipe and is recommended to be served with sparkling white wine or spilled over vanilla ice cream - a mouthwatering experience, however you use it!
